tonights top 10 list:
top 10 exercises that you'll ever need.
1) deadlift
2) squat
3) clean
4) pullups
5) running
6) jump rope
7) bridging
8) car pushing
9) wrestling
10) handstands.
not as funny as Dave's list , but its a good list just the same.
